Covid 19 Update

We would like to thank our members for their understanding and co-operation during this very difficult time for both staff and members.

Our office is open as normal with the exception of Thursday evening where we will close at 5.30pm instead of 6.00pm. We will continue to review our opening hours based on the guidelines issued, the safety of our staff and members will always be our main focus and priority.

We would encourage members not to visit the office unless it is absolutely necessary. Members can pay by phone using their Debit card or you can make online payments, Members can also pay by direct debit or standing order. Speak to any member of staff to arrange any of these options.

All loan applications will be taken by phone, online enquiry or by email.

Members who find themselves having re-payment difficulties should contact our Credit Control department immediately.
